Chris did an outstanding job on our wedding photos! We wanted to take photos with our wedding party in nature in a unique place before our ceremony, and Chris came up with the perfect location and facilitated everything for us - he even led the way for our limo driver to get there! Chris was very detail-oriented and included so many thoughtful touches throughout the day - he had a crochet hook handy when my mom was buttoning my dress, he got my husband and I refills on our drinks when they were getting low during the reception, used a vintage Polaroid for a few special moments, fetched a microphone for me when we wanted to say thanks to our wedding guests...and all of this is ON TOP of taking absolutely gorgeous photos of the entire day! The photos were delivered very quickly digitally, and we had a lovely little package waiting for us in the mail when we got home from our honeymoon with the flash drive, a few little prints, and the polaroids. Chris was amazing! From our intitial contact to the day of he was a pleasure to work with, friendly, and clearly very talented. Along with his second shooter (and beautiful fiancé) Lauren, he captured our wedding and bridal party on a very cold Sunday in mid December. I remember thinking at time you would be able to tell how terrible the weather was in the pictures but he kept us all moving and laughing so much that our outdoor pictures are absolutely stunning. His use of lighting and nature really shone through, and the setting looked magical instead of miserable. One of my favorite things about my wedding is that I can look back at the beautiful, detailed moments he took and feel like they could not be any better. To start, Chris is AMAZING!!! He was so accommodating especially being called on short notice, which was 45 days before our wedding that was in Dallas, TX. My brother referred me to him and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! We feel that Chris and Lauren captured all of the highlights of the day and are seriously 2 of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Our wedding had around 150 guests, we were in 3 locations, and they were there every step of the way - even during a fire drill evacuation during the reception. Chris & Lauren truly want you to be happy and they are just AWESOME. Where to even start? I can't say enough good things about Chris, from engagement pictures to the wedding, not only are they some of the most beautiful images I have ever seen he has been incredibly flexible, calming, and comforting to work with and just down right fun!. We had to reschedule our engagement session not once, but three times because of weather. Once it was finally nice outside to take photos all the waterfall places I wanted to go had dried up, what did he do you ask he scoured Springfield and found an overflow damn type place where we almost got killed by a water moccasin all to get the "waterfall" picture I wanted. Then comes the wedding day, storms, hail, tornado warnings oh and did I mention an outside wedding! But he helped keep me calm and still captured the most beautiful images possible! We can not say enough good things about Chris. Wedding photographers are very important when it comes to a wedding because that's all you have to look back at to relive your big day. Our wedding planner Allie recommended Chris. I knew from the moment I contact him that we made the right choice. He is very easy to work with and laid back which is just mine and my husbands style. I was so happy to not have to worry about what pictures we wanted taken the day of the wedding. I had sent Chris my Wedding Photo Pinterest board and he took the time to download it to his phone so he was prepared the day of. We can't say enough about Chris and Lauren and their amazing photography skills!! Our wedding was one of three over Labor Day weekend, but they made us feel incredibly important and special. They were polite (and also quick and efficient) with our families (which can be a challenge with our large group), helped with props and moving us around the wedding venue, and were just an overall light throughout the day. If I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and either take care of what was needed or find someone who could. And that's not saying anything about the photography itself! Our pictures are more beautiful than we imagined they ever would be - and we had high expectations. Chris and the memories he gave us were worth every bit of the investment!
